I got an email from someone at my college saying that I have two Office 365 accounts and I need to verify them both or have them cut off? Is this a legit email or is it some sort of scam?

I sometimes get up in the middle of the night and catch up on email from work. Which produces embarrassing questions from colleagues about the time sent. Can I write email messages in Outlook or Gmail and then defer sending until later in the morning?
None of my work colleagues have said anything, but I notice that when I get email from them, their profile photo is included. On my Outlook.com toolbar, however, I just see my initials in a circle. How do I add my own profile photo so they see my pic too?
I have to take a leave of absence from work and want to set up an autoresponder to let my colleagues know I’m out. Is that something I can set up in Outlook.com? I use the online program, not the standalone app.
My colleagues add a lot of photos and images as attachments in email, and sometimes I need to find a specific photo to send to my boss. I don’t know the image names, though, so how can I search through all the images that have been attached?
I find it super frustrating that when I drag photos into Gmail they appear at the cursor point, but in Outlook they show up above the email and are then sent as attachments. Is there a way in Outlook online where I can actually add inline photos or pictures??
I’ve been bouncing between Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar (part of Office 365 online) and wonder how I can set up a recurring event in Outlook? Thanks for any help!
I’ve been stuck using Outlook.com for my new job and I really miss Gmail. One great Gmail feature is keyboard shortcuts, which helps me be really efficient. Does Outlook have a similar feature or option?
