However, since I do get tons of questions, I can’t promise that I’ll answer your question or that I’ll even acknowledge it. Heck, sometimes I just delete questions when the queue overfloweth. I also often take a month or longer to get to submitted questions because of both the backlog and the fact that I have lots of other active projects and I try to have a life too. 🙂
In fact, I live by the disclaimer that Walt Mossberg at the Wall Street Journal uses: “Because of the volume of e-mail I receive, I can’t routinely answer individual questions by e-mail, or consult on individual problems or purchasing decisions. I read all questions I receive, however, then select the best, most interesting, or most common to address on the site.”
