I run the blog for my church on Wordpress and I’ve got everything figured out, except I’ve been told I need to post the church roster on the blog, but keep it password protected. How can I keep the data private within WordPress? Can I have a password-protected post?
I’ve read that videos uploaded directly to Facebook get a lot more visibility than those embedded from YouTube. Okay. How can I then embed a Facebook video on my own web site or blog?

Question for you, Dave: A company reached out to me re: sponsored post type of posts … offering a decent fee in return. They submitted their first post to me. It’s solid, but it’s written as if I wrote it. Even mentions my daughter to further make it sound like it’s me.
I called them on it. They said they would remove that. But they don’t want the terms “guest post’ or ‘sponsored post’ associated with the article. Unethical right?

I can understand spam comments that are links to stupid sites, gambling, porn, whatever. What I don’t get are comments that don’t even have links, or link to something completely benign like google.com. What’s the inside scoop, blogmaster Dave?
