I recently had my computer in for repair and the tech removed my Chrome. He said I should only use IE because otherwise Windows Updates and MSE are not protecting my PC. He said you have to use IE for these. Considering the recent huge flaw in IE, I reinstalled Chrome. Is he saying that if I do my Windows updates from Chrome browser, that they aren’t really updating anything? I have a laptop, using Windows 7.
I’m new to the Windows 8 world – actually running Win8.1 — and can’t find the “print” button on my Web browser. So what’s the easy way to print out a Web page??
I have two computers, one running Windows XP, one with Win7. How can I download and install Firefox on both so I can stop using Internet Explorer?

There used to be a way to sort Favorites alphabetically in Internet Explorer but that feature has vanished with the latest version of MSIE in Win8. How do i sort my bookmarks?
I have about 4,000 sites bookmarked and arranged into folders etc. The problem is that I want them arranged alphabetically.
I can arrange them any way I like in Windows Explorer, but that arrangement does not affect them when I click on the “Favourites” in IE. I think they did it automatically in 5.5, but it is really cheesing me off having to keep dragging them manually into alphabetic order.
