I use Apple Maps on my iPhone and my MacBook Air, and have been wondering how I can update and add new Favorites so that the shortcut buttons are useful for me? Thanks!

Dave, I use Apple Maps for both driving and biking routes and directions and am wondering if I can have it avoid toll roads or even busy roads and hills when on my bike?
My friends and I had a hard time finding each other at a recent street fair and I’m wondering if there’s a smart way to use our iPhones to share our exact locations next time? It’s hard to specify location when every booth looks the same!
I like to look up locations and get directions on my Mac because of its big screen. Once I’ve settled on directions to a destination, is there any way in Apple Maps that I can then send those directions to my iPhone so I don’t have to go through the same steps again? Thanks.
I know I can share my location from my iPhone, but if I’m on my Mac system, can I find and share my location too? And while I’m at it, can I calculate driving time to a different spot too?
I notice that when I get directions in Apple Maps on my iPhone that there’s a “Favorites” section. How do I add favorite addresses to my Apple Maps so getting driving directions is easier?
My sister shares her location with me through the Apple ‘Find My’ tracking service which is great. But when she’s en route to my place, is there any easy way for me to figure out how long until she arrives? Ideally a Mac solution, not an iPhone solution…
I really like Google Mail – gmail – on my iPhone but whenever it goes to open up a map to show me an address or location, it uses Google Maps. Tedious. Can I change the default back to Apple Maps somehow?
