I’ve been using Windows-Shift-S to capture my PC screen but it’s really clunky. There’s a PrtScn print screen button on the keyboard, though; can I set that up to capture my screen instead?

I watch a lot of video content on my Windows PC and would like to be able to capture favorite moments as images. Is there a way to do that with screen capture? Ideally I could step frame by frame to get the perfect image too…
I need to get some screen shots of our program running on my Windows computer. Now that I’m running Win10, what’s the smart way to do this so I can crop to size and save the screenshots as PNG files?
I’ve been taking Windows screen captures with the Clipping tool for ever and it’s amazing to me that nothing’s improved in all these years. Am I missing something? Is there a better way to capture what’s on my screen in Windows 10?
