Video Review: WaterField Designs “Cargo” Messenger Bag

June 3, 2016 / Dave Taylor / YouTube Video Reviews / 1 Comment

If you like the design of messenger bags over a briefcase but are either an executive seeking a status symbol or just enjoy a computer bag that’s not just made out of the same nylon material as a teenager’s school backpack, there are precious few options available. Enter WaterField Designs, a San Francisco-based company that recognizes there are plenty of customers who want a premium product – particularly with leather features or elements – and are quite happy to pay what is often a premium cost to get it.

Their classic messenger bag is the Cargo and indeed, the company just re-released it with waterproof zippers and leather features. So I got ahold of one to check it out…

I have a Waterfield Cargo that I bought 8 years ago for daily use. It looks as good today as it did when I bought it.
