I’m working with a new vendor and they want me to generate an invoice via Paypal so I can get paid. They’re referring to a request payment but I don’t know what that is. Can you help me out here with Paypal, please?
This is so weird: I just bought a new 500GB external hard drive but when I hook it up to my iMac, I get a little “not allowed” symbol every time I try to copy anything onto the device! Digging around, it appears to be connected “read only”. HELP!
By default, there are some pretty nice screen savers on my iMac, but I’m wondering if there are any third-party apps available, and if so, what are some of the best? Do you have a screensaver running, Dave, and if so, which one?
At a local conference, a social media “guru” was telling me that LinkedIn is very particular about what groups it allows on the site, and that I can’t just create whatever group I want. I run a resume review service for college kids and I want to have a group associated with it on LinkedIn so that if people search for resume help, they’ll find me. So, can I create a group on LinkedIn or not?

Just picked up my new MacBook Pro yesterday. The dashboard came with Cupertino, CA defaulted as weather and time. I can’t figure out how to get my home town as the default location, even though I marked it as such numerous times in the Yahoo weather page. Any suggestions as to how I can change this default setting?
How do I make a copy of a form or a document from Gmail email and then complete the form using the computer? I have tried and have achieved the level of “No Luck”. So I wind up printing the form and completing the form manually. Then I scan it and send it to whomever. There has to be an easier way. I thought maybe using HTML might be the answer, but I can’t seem to find out how to use it instead of the standard language of Gmail.
