When I go into the Microsoft Store in Windows 10 there’s a number in the toolbar with an arrow. What the heck does that mean? I’m afraid to click on it in case it lists obsolete programs it’ll remove from my PC!

Every time I go to Windows Update it says “Checking for Updates…” but never actually progresses. What the heck? How can I fix it and get it working again in Windows 10?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10 and really like it. It’s fun to have Android on a big screen. The only thing I haven’t figured out is how to check for app updates rather than wait for the system to stumble across them. Is there some trick to that?
