Mail is set as the default email program on our Mac, so when we happen to click on an email link in anything (say, our browser), the Mail app automatically opens up and creates an email message. We don’t want that, we’d like to be able to designate our chosen email apps (I use Thunderbird, she uses Entourage). How do you change this?
I am new to the Mac world and I have started with Tiger. When I use the textedit program to type HTML code and save it as an HTML document all I see is the code when I open the file in any of the browsers that I use. Unlike Notepad in Window, why can’t I see the results of my code in a web page? I am completely lost and have combed the Internet. The simple Text Editor program in the older versions of the Mac OSs’ seemed to work just like Notepad in Windows. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
I had thought that Sarbanes-Oxley only applied to publicly traded corporations, but your previous writing and personal communication seems to imply that it also applies to closely-held ones. Is that right? Can you point me to a URL or other easy to find reference that explains just what SOx requires of small companies?
I bought a used PowerBook G4. The original owners have moved to Canada and I do not have their phone number. The problem is that I do not know the administrator’s password. I am unable to make changes on the computer or add software without a password. How do I get a new password when I don’t even know the existing one?
Yo Dave, I want to download the new PSP 2.0 software so I can try out the kewl Web browser, but don’t know where to start. Do I need a USB wire or is it a wireless download? My connection always says there is a DNS error cause my access point has a WEP key or something ilke that, and third, where do I go to download the software? Please help me ASAP!

I bought a PSP from the USA and the background colour in the menu is pink. Suddenly a week later the background changed its colour to green!!! Is there a problem with the PSP or is this normal??? Basically does it go through different colours throughout is gaming life??
