I have a search box on my Web site that I got from the Amazon Associates program and it’s a nice addition to the site, except that I really want people to only have results from their books department, not all across the Amazon system. Is that possible?
I’m just getting started on a research project on alternative forms of pay per performance advertising such as pay per click or pay per call. I’m trying to identify companies or business models that have successfully built (or are trying to build) on pay per click/call/acquisition, etc. and would like to ask for your advice and opinion on this business segment.

I’m building a site that has pages with confidential information, and because of that, I use SSL to encrypt the information. But when the user enters the SSL environment (https), an annoying window appears with a security alert saying: “The certificate was issued by an organization, which you haven’t selected as trustworthy” How do I get rid of this message?
I think I have my weblog set up properly, but someone recently emailed me saying that I haven’t set it up for “RSS autodiscovery”. But I have an RSS feed and I even have a little ‘xml’ button that links to the “index.xml” file that contains the RSS. So what am I missing?
Hello, I’m using a Linksys WRT54GS Router to connect my G4 Mac PowerBook w/ OSX 10.4.2 to the Web, and it’s working great. However, I created a closed WPA network internally with Airport and now I can’t seem to change the security setting without losing that WPA signal. This WPA network is all the router/Powerbook recognizes, and I can’t lower the setting for friends with WiFi laptops. I know my SSID and lil’ password but not the WPA. So where or how can I change the security setting with Airport? Or is it permanent?
I don’t know how, but my boot target drive recently changed which I fixed under system preferences. However, everytime I boot my machine now Safari opens. How do I stop this?
