Where do I find the @ sign on a spring Icon. It was at the bottom right of the dock. It took me to the Mac OS X website.I deleted it and would like to restore it to the dock..

I just read about Parallels 3.0 being released which is very cool, but rather than run Windows XP in Parallels, as you’ve written about, I want to run Microsoft Vista on my Mac instead. I have a MacBook Pro with 2GB RAM: is that enough? And if so, how do I install Vista in Parallels?
I notice that about two weeks ago your site changed subtly, Dave. Before, I’d click on “POST” to submit a comment and then wait and wait while it processed. Now it’s still as slow (sorry!) but as soon as I click on that POST button it grays out so I can’t click on it again. Cool. How do you do that?
I use AOL occasionally to test things, but refuse to download the AOL software as it’s bloatware and always seems to screw up my PC. So I go in through AOL.com. But using that, how the $#@$@ do I change my account password?
In the early days of the Internet, back when we called it a “dirt road” and were delighted when email bounced from UUCP connection to UUCP connection as is slowly wound its way from one end of the topological jungle to the other, email mailing lists were quite the cool thing.
Years have passed and we now have sophisticated web-based discussion boards, blogs and many other venues for interpersonal interaction, but email remains, to me, the killer application, and it’s on my mailing lists that I encounter the freshest thinking and most valuable information.
I can remember when there were two main places to find mailing lists too (other than the List of Lists and other short-lived directories), Topica and Yahoo Groups. Google’s added its own collection — of course — with Google Groups too, but in many ways, Yahoo Groups was always my favorite place to look for people with similar interests.
Which is why it’s so distressing to see that it’s become an absolute safe haven for porn and spammers in ways that were unanticipated when Web-based lists were first envisioned…
Over time I’ve managed to create a bunch of different blogs, some of which are live and others that have been relegated to the digital recycle bin. Except they’re still in my Movable Type installation. How do I actually delete a blog from MT?
I notice that you run Kontera’s contextual advertising network on your site, Dave. I’ve heard good things about the network, but am curious: how much do you actually earn off this program, and is it worth it? If so, how can I get started?
You mentioned that Google Reader was the only reader that you use. The R.S.S. reader I’ve used, FeedDemon has been annoying me with frames that I don’t want, and stories I’ve deleted coming back. I’ve just started using Google Reader because you mentioned, so I thought I give it a try. However, not to say I’m completely clueless, but I can’t figure out how to delete a story from Google Reader when I’m done reading it.
