How do I install a configuration profile on my iPhone?

August 21, 2013 / Dave Taylor / Apple iPad Help, iPhone & iOS Help / No Comments

I don’t know if you can help me with this one, Dave, but I’m part of the iOS Developer Program at Apple and am stumped. I need to install a new “configuration profile” on both my iPhone 5 and iPad Mini as part of the iOS 7 beta program but frankly have no idea how to do so. I’ve searched the developer site but haven’t found anything that offers assistance. Help!

Can I see site SEO penalties in Google Webmaster Tools?

August 16, 2013 / Dave Taylor / Web Site Traffic Tips / No Comments

I’ve been working with a local kid on improving my search engine ranking and while it was going well for a while, my site seems to be getting less and less traffic in the last month or two. That’s not right! He told me that I could look in my Google Webmaster Tools area to find out if there are any specific flagged problems, but frankly I kinda think he did some bad things and don’t want his help. I do, however, want to look and see if there are any problems, I just have no idea where that information can be found in Webmaster Tools. Help!

Fix B200 error on Canon Pixma MG5220 printer?

August 15, 2013 / Dave Taylor / Windows PC Help / 4 Comments

I have a Canon Pixma MG5220 color printer [actually it’s what Canon calls an “all-in-one printer” -DT] and all of a sudden it’s popping the error code B200, showing the message “Printer error has ocurred. Unplug the power cord and contact the service center.” on the tiny screen. Windows 7 has no idea there’s anything wrong when I try to print. It just doesn’t work. What does “B200” mean and how do I fix it?
