Why did my Sony PSP background color changed?

I bought a PSP from the USA and the background colour in the menu is pink. Suddenly a week later the background changed its colour to green!!! Is there a problem with the PSP or is this normal??? Basically does it go through different colours throughout is gaming life??

Dave's Answer:

It's OK it's quite normal.

A little bit freaky but the background color of the PSP changes by itself month by month, April was pink and May is dark green.

Here's what to expect next:

***contains spoilers***

May 2005: Dark Green
June 2005: Purple
July 2005: Aqua
August 2005: Sky Blue
September 2005: Violet
October 2005: Gold
November 2005: Light Brown
December 2005: Red

So if you want to change the color or get a preview of this feature, just change the date on your unit!

Thanks to Ed Ellis for his PSP help.

you could also just go to theme, change theme and then change the background

I recently learned that some of my emails have a dark "shiny" green background (or partial background) making the writing impossible to read. Realize this has nothing to do with any game,...but, any idea what happened in this pc?
Thanks.

I have something to say, now that you mention it, but ...
Starbucks coffee cup I do have a lot to say, and questions of my own for that matter, but first I'd like to say thank you for all your efforts on this Web site by buying you a cup of coffee!

I do have a comment, now that you mention it!
