Can I keep my PC and Mac bookmarks in sync with Mobile Me?

I run Internet Explorer on my work PC and Firefox on my Mac at home and would love to have their bookmarks stay in sync. I have a Mobile Me account that I got with my Mac and seem to recall that can work with Windows systems too. Can that be used to keep my browser bookmarks in sync across Windows 7 and Mac OS X?

I have a nice new Dell laptop but am a bit frustrated by one thing: it's the first computer I've owned where if I accidentally tap or touch the trackpad surface the computer thinks it's a mouse click.
