I don't have a blog, I don't have a fancy Web site and I don't have a profile on MySpace or Facebook, but I do get people coming to my simple little four-page Web site and I'd like to learn more about them. My sister says I want to run some "analytics" program, but I'm clueless. I can edit HTML, but what do I add?

I'm becoming a Twitter power user and find it a pretty simple way to broadcast information about my upcoming product sales and related. Problem is, I'm also curious about what information can be gleaned from the shortened URLs I have to use, including ideally some Google Analytics-like geographic data. Is that even possible?

I've been using Google Analytics to track what's going on with my main Web site and now have a second site. Is there some easy way to have Analytics track both, or do I need to sign up for a second account?
