I signed up for the elance.com site and submitted a job for which I sought assistance, but after getting all my responses - 17 bids! - I found out from my boss that we aren't going to be doing that project after all, due to what he calls a "strategic repositioning of the company". How do I cancel the project without getting in trouble with elance.com?
