I know that there's a slick iPhone and iPad app store [ed. note: generally this is called the "iTunes Store" or "App Store", depending on your preference] but I understand that there's also a similar online software store for Mac OS X applications and games too? Cool. Where is this Mac App Store and how do I use it to buy and download games and other apps?

I might be the only iPhone owner who doesn't know this, but how do I actually buy and download an app for my new iPhone 4? I know the ads show it being super easy to get apps, but they don't show you how to actually do it. Help!

My kids are a menace. At least, they are when they get their hands on my iPhone and iPad! My name is Daniel Sadownick and I am a jazz artist whose CD "There Will Be A Day" is now up on iTunes as well as other online retailers. I just joined an Indie marketing website where they can promote my record. They provide links that point directly to all of the sites where my CD is up at (i.e., Amazon, CD Baby, etc.). Now, these sites have concrete URL's and yet my promotion site also asks for my iTunes URL. I have had no luck in finding that out and I'm hoping that you can help me.

I love my iPhone and have been having all sorts of fun playing with it. What I want to do, however, is assign custom ringtones for some of my friends. Ultimately, of course, I'd like to have specific songs for specific people, but even just having the ringtones that are included with the phone assigned would be cool.
