Dave, I have two iPods and I want to give one to my almost 9 yo son, but some of MY songs are inappropriate. I have a folder specifically for him on my iPod, but how do i sync ONLY that folder to the iPod that I want to give him?

Okay, so your article yesterday about Genius playlists in iTunes (see How to Create Genius Playlists in iTunes 8) has me intrigued and I'd like to experiment with it. But on my iPhone. Is that a possibility? That is, can I create a Genius playlist on my iPhone 3G or, I suppose, on an iPod Touch?

I read your commentary about the new Genius feature in Apple's iTunes 8.0 and am curious to try it. I enabled it as per your earlier blog entry (see Start working with iTunes Genius), but now I'm not entirely sure how to actually use it to create these fabled Genius playlists?

I've heard a lot in the last week about Apple's iTunes 8.0 and its new Genius feature, which is supposed to recommend music similar to what you're hearing. Sounds interesting, a smart recommendation engine. But how do you turn it on and get it working?
