The Facebook app on my IPhone is frozen and won't do anything! What can I do to fix this problem?

I want to clean the list up, but I just don't see how to do it on my iPhone??

My parents are traveling in Africa and I want to be able to quickly see what the time is where they are in Johannesburg, South Africa, before I try to text or call them. I know that the iPhone has a Clock app as part of the built-in software, but how do I add a specific country clock to the list?

A friend showed me how to use Spotlight search on my new iPhone 4, and it's a great way to find things quickly, but I really, really don't want to have it search the thousands of songs I have on my phone, just my contacts and address book information. Is that something I can tweak or alter?
