With the latest round of Facebook interface changes, it has now automatically created lists for me based on various criteria including my home city, each company I've worked with, what colleges I went to, who I have identified as family, and so on. Nice, except I don't want them all. How can I zap the Facebook lists I don't want?

Okay, I read your article about how to create Facebook lists and had lots of fun experimenting, but now I have too many lists and want to clean things up. So, um, how do I delete a Facebook list?

Now that I have over a hundred friends on Facebook, I'm kind of drowning in the never-ending flow of live updates from them all. A social media guru pal of mine told me that I should be using facebook lists, but I've no idea what they are. Dave, help! What's a Facebook list and how do I create one?
