I can't create a group in my Facebook account!!! why there is no "create a group" button on my FB Wall??

I have a popular group page on Facebook that I manage and as it's become more busy, the original name doesn't really describe it any more. Is there any way to change my Facebook group name or am I stuck?

I run a Facebook group for my local church and recently we've had a couple of people show up who are leaving rude comments that we just don't want.
