Hey Dave, is there a way to change the default weather site on the Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) dashboard widget?

Just picked up my new MacBook Pro yesterday. The dashboard came with Cupertino, CA defaulted as weather and time. I can't figure out how to get my home town as the default location, even though I marked it as such numerous times in the Yahoo weather page. Any suggestions as to how I can change this default setting?

On my iMac running Mac OS X i downloaded some widgets for the dashboard but i dont like 4 of them i wondered if you know how to delets them not just disable them?

Can you please help me? I was told by a friend that if you hit 'F12' on your Mac you will get widgets pop-up. I have pressed 'F12' but nothing is happening. Are the widgets already loaded into your computer, or do you need to download them or something else? I haven't been using Macs for long, so i'd really appreciate your help :)
