I have an Amazon Visa card from Chase Bank and just realized that they're no longer sending me those nice Amazon gift certificates based on the volume of my transactions on the credit card. That stinks, that's why I got the Amazon card in the first place! Are they still available or did they stop that program without notifying me?
I've been a Paypal member since before it was part of eBay and I only recently learned that they have credit cards available. Cool! My question: what's the main difference between their Paypal Debit Card and Paypal Plus Card?
