I'm completely obsessed with Pinterest. It's terrific. Heck, I even follow you on Pinterest [find me as d1taylor on Pinterest --ed] along with a ton of other people. I mostly use the site on my desktop system, however, and want to know how to pin photos I take directly from my iPhone 5. Possible?
I post a lot of photos on Facebook and sometimes want to share them with my Instagram followers. You can automatically mirror an Instagram posting on Facebook, but there's no way to go backwards. Or is there?
I'm enjoying Instagram both because I get to see what my friends are doing and because I can share some of my more artistic photos, but I'm finding that all of a sudden I'm getting random adverts, scams and spam comments added to the photos I post on Instagram. That stinks. What can I do about it, can I block the spammers?
Is it possible to have Instagram automatically email me a copy of every photo that I post? I know that I can tap on the email link when I post photos, but that's a manual step and I am sure I'll forget to do that sometimes, and I seek something completely automated. Does Instagram offer such a feature?
I saw a photo you posted to Instagram the other day, Dave, and thought it was just the coolest thing. It was a view out your window of the trees with their fall foliage, but somehow you'd manipulated the focus so that it looked like they were miniatures and the whole thing was a tiny model. How'd you do that?
I posted a picture on Instagram of my boyfriend and it's gotten a ton of likes. Problem is, it's a picture of him singing in the shower and he's pretty pissed about it. He insists I delete it and save him further embarrassment, but I don't know how to do that! Is it possible to delete or remove an Instagram picture once it's posted??
I've become a fan of Instagram and really enjoy your pics [nice way to butter me up! You can find me on Instagram by searching for "d1taylor". --DT] but there are some other people that I'm following and would rather not. What's the fast way to unfollow someone on Instagram?
I saw that Instagram now offers a cool photo mapping feature that lets you look at all your photos -- and those of other members who opt in to photo maps -- on a map. Neat idea, but I'm a bit anxious about privacy: some of the pics I post are taken from my house and I don't want everyone on Instagram knowing where I live. Should I just skip Instagram Photo Maps or is there a way to control what pics are posted?
Instagram is a great iOS and Android app available to photo enthusiasts. One of the things that make it great is the interaction that one can build through images, with friends and new contacts alike. To build these new connections, hashtags play a very important factor.
I have a couple of friends who are crazy about Instagram but when I downloaded it, I couldn't see how to use it and why they think it's so interesting. Can you take me through the steps needed to take and post a photo in Instagram, Dave, then perhaps offer some tips on how to get followers of my own?
