Nifty online utility for building Favicons

if your browser shows the little icons next to URLs - in which case you should see a lightbulb next to the booktalk URL right now - then you might be asking yourself how you build these favicon.ico graphics and incorporate them into your own Web site.

Dave's Answer: I've looked at a bunch of different Web pages that offer information, but am really impressed with Favicons from Pics, which will actually build a favicon.ico graphic from any graphic you'd like. Check it out, let me know what you think!
