How do I remove bookmarks in Flock?A few months ago I switched from Safari to Flock as my main Web browser and generally I'm happy with the program and love the additional social networking capabilities, but I'm puzzled by one thing: how do I edit my bookmarks? In Safari there's a handy little "book" button, but there's no equivalent in Flock! Flock? I bet a lot of people reading this have no idea what youre asking about, but I will say that as a fellow Flock user, it's a pretty cool Firefox variation with lots of additional features and capabilities that make it a splendid tool for those of us highly involved in the world of social networks. Flock is described by the developers thusly: "a refreshing new approach to how people use and participate on the web and simplifying social and web-based applications by bringing them one step closer to the user and integrating them directly into the browser. When using Flock, people can easily discover, access, create and share videos, photos, blogs, feeds and comments across social communities, media providers, and popular websites." Sound cool? I'd encourage you to check it out: Download Flock (it's available for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux, btw) Back to your question, though! Like most people, you probably skim past the menu item you want without ever noticing it. Click on Favorites and look closely, you'll see what you want: ![]() Yep, it's "Favorites Manager". Choose that and you'll see: ![]() It's a bit complicated, but straightforward. Click on the favorite / bookmark item you want to delete, then click on the "Delete" button along the top of the window and *poof* it's gone. As you can see, there's a lot more you can do here in terms of organizing your favorites too, so I encourage you to experiment while you're here. That should get you more organized in Flock.
