As a teen growing up, I found a lot of old 45’s that my family member had collected and grew very attached to one particular song. Now, over 30+ years later, the lyrics are still stuck in my head and when I ask record store owners or DJ's if they know the song, they laugh and say they have never heard of it. There is a song, a techno song. the intro is rather odd. THere a man on a mic that says something along the lines of "Welcome to the sound room, your dj tonight has a wide rang of songs lined up for you, he has avoided the snack bar, and he is still relatively sober" and a few more things of that sort. then it bursts into some wicked beat, not much for lyrics tho. cant find it for the life of me.

Hi, I'm looking for 2 songs, but I haven't been able to find them on google at all.
The first song is a slow song, sung by a girl, I think she kinda sounds like Sherryl crow, but I don't think it's her. I only heard it a few times, a long time ago, like in 2005, so I'm not sure if I have the lyrics completely accurate... but this is how I think it goes. First verse starts out like:

The funny thing is that I once found it! Boomark the site with the information and totaly forgot that i had it. The computer does not longer exist and I can't recall the song's name.

this song has been killing me for sometime, its kinda 70s ish, soul/r&b type, kinda sounds like telma jones or gladdis knight or one of those good r&b/soul female singer of the 70s, and all i can remember in the lyrics is; "our (dreams) will never die, we can work it out if we only try............. its a brand new day" note,(dreams) could also be (love)not realy sure. thanks for your help, keep up the good work

I am pleased to announce the track you are referring to, but I have some good news and I have some bad news...

The good news is the ORIGINAL track is called "Moto Nujazz" (which was supposedly mixed on) Magix AG. And it is very easily obtainable online. Just search for "Magix AG - Moto Nujazz".

Now the bad news is the song has been remixed quite a few times, so the original verson you're looking for may not be the original one! (one of the remixes that I know of is "Tony foxx - Heart of South America, Around The World")

I'm looking for a late 50's early 60's oldies style ballad by a group with the partial lyrics "follow your heart and you will find your love..." or possibley "follow your dream and you will find your love..." hope somebody remembers this song. Thanks

I do remember that it was a male voice singing a verse and then a female chorus which sounds like Do Do, Do Do pa Do Ya, Do Do Pe ay, or something like that. I wasn't able to find anything based on what you are describing. I did find some songs that did have a part of the lyrics that you are looking for, but I didn't really consider it to be a possible match as the rest of the song lyrics didn't seem to be what you are looking for. Here's a link below that has each years top 100 songs in both a list and and a video. Try listening to the video to see if you can find the song you are looking for. Also check some of the years surounding the linked year. I have it set at 2007. Ifr the song was popular it should be in one the the year's top 100. If the song is a bit more obscure then it probably won't be there.

If that fails then next thing to try would be to change the words in the search engine with similar words. Also try adding and subtracting words while doing this. The general idea here is to pretend that you are a lawyer who is cross examing a witness in court. While doing this you will want to word things in a way that is similar to the original search but different. The idea is to try and find some links that will at the least will give you clues about what it is you are searching for such as someone paying homage to the artist you are trying to find. Also try putting in different parts of the lyrics and leaving out other parts and then change it the parts that are in and out. Hope that will be of help to you in your search to find the song you are looking for.
