How do I turn off the monitor light on my Sonos Digital Music System?

Hey Dave, how do I turn off the little white light on the Sonos unit in my bedroom? I gotta say that the Sonos unit is awesome, but that white power light is driving me crazy at night!

Dave's Answer:

Not to worry, Sonos has you covered – and it’s actually a very easy fix.

Your first step is to open the Sonos Desktop Controller. It looks like this on the screen:

Sonos Digital Music Center: Desktop Controller

Now click on “Zones”, then “Set Up Zones”, then select your Bedroom Zone from the list of different zones you've set up:

Sonos Digital Music Center: Setup Zones

Click on “Settings”, then look for the tab that says “Status Indicator Light.” It'll look just like this in the Desktop Controller app:

Sonos Digital Music Center: Settings

Now simply click on “Off” and hit “Apply.”

You’re done.

Now go enjoy a good night’s sleep!

My thanks to BC Holicky for his help with Sonos support issues.
