I'm addicted to Facebook and am constantly posting updates from the Facebook app on my iPhone. Recently a friend pointed out that everything I post is only to friends, not to friends of friends or the public at large. For some of my updates, that's fine, but for others I do want it in the public eye. How do I change the Sharing settings on a wall update within the iPhone Facebook app?

I'm a big fan of geolocation apps and have been using Foursquare almost since it first arrived on the scene. I like knowing where my friends are and having accidental, synergistic meetings with new friends based on my willingness to share my location information. Facebook, however, is a world where I share my status updates with over 1,300 people and I don't really want all of them to know where I am most of the time. If I did, I'd include it in a status update!

I have the Facebook app on my Apple iPhone 3GS and like it a lot, but am wondering if there's any way I can manage my fan page while mobile, in addition to accessing my regular user account?

I've been experimenting with a variety of different Twitter clients on my Mac, and while I'd been stuck for a while on Twhirl I've recently switched to the beta of Seesmic Desktop a few weeks ago. Until a few days ago when a few friends encouraged me to try Nambu. Worked pretty well, but the Seesmic team mailed me a notice about an update to its Seesmic Desktop client that includes Facebook integration. Nice. I want it. So I updated the client and switched back.

Now that I have a fair number of friends on Facebook, I'm wondering what I need to do so that I don't see the status updates in my newsfeed from the more, uhm, lame of my friends.
