Bit of a crisis: I have been dabbling with creating an RSS feed of a private discussion group I’m in, and somehow Feedster has found it and indexed it. The rest of the list members are in an uproar and I really need to remove the data from Feedster, but I don’t see how to do that. Help!!
Turns out that Feedster has a pretty good online help system, and they answer exactly this question. Let’s have a look:
How does one go about removing posts from Feedster?
Feedster does not have a policy of removing specific posts or versions of posts from its index. You can, however, request that Feedster remove your feed entirely.
How can I remove my feed from Feedster entirely?
In order for Feedster to remove a feed from being returned in search results, you must identify the feed to be written by someone who does not want it indexed. We require this to prevent someone who doesn’t like what you are saying from removing your feed without your permission. If you really want your feed, all its posts, past and future, to disappear from Feedster results, contact us directly.

Important to note is their disclaimer: “…the reality is that it may take some time before we can respond.” So definitely email them and ask them to delist your RSS feed, but don’t be surprised if it takes a week or three! Good luck!
