Now that I've moved into the world of Windows 8, I'm finally trying to get started with SkyDrive and find that it requires I log in to my Microsoft Account. I never even knew I had a Microsoft account, actually, but my guess is that it's based on my Hotmail account info or something. In any case, I can't remember my password. What's my option to regain access and recover my password?

I haven't logged in to my Flickr account for a while, and when I just tried to go in for some reason it refused my login and password, saying they were invalid. Flickr's owned by Yahoo so I'm using my Yahoo account credentials, as always. How do I prove I own my account and reset my password to something I know, so I can get in??

Hi, Hotmail recently converted me to their new "Outlook" mail. Tried to delete an old folder yesterday. Big problem, there is no longer a "gear" icon in the folder section to manage your folders. Hence, you can no longer delete and obsolete folder. Crazy, but true! Thanks' for any help!

Using Windows Live Hotmail, searching the page for "filter" fails, even though that's what you suggest on your site (see article: How to create custom email filters in MSN Hotmail). Your suggestion is not correct, do you have an update?

The latest upgrade in Windows Hotmail has gone ahead and removed the View Message Source from the right-click context menu in the Inbox! I have always found that to be a valuable and critical tool in filtering out /previewing potentially risky e-mails without ever having to actually open them.

I still use Hotmail because it's what I am familiar with and it's what I've been using for years, but I'm starting to get jealous of my friends on Gmail because of all the cool themes they can apply to their mailbox to make it look cool.
